About Atlantic Biochar
Atlantic Biochar is a biochar platform being developed by A Swiss Capital Advisory SA. The company builds industrial plants that convert agricultural and agro-industrial residues into high-quality biochar through pyrolysis. The biochar serves permanent carbon sequestration (carbon removal) as well as soil regeneration in agriculture. Carbon removals are verified through recognised market frameworks and issued as high-quality carbon credits. The flagship project is located in Morocco and uses previously unused biomass in a circular model that supports farmers, local industry and national decarbonisation goals. Building on this basis, Atlantic Biochar plans to replicate a scalable platform in West Africa. Target groups include farmers, agribusiness companies, industrial partners, research institutions and buyers of carbon credits.
