About attocube
attocube has been active in applied nanoscience since 2001 and supplies components and systems for industry and research. The portfolio includes piezo-based nanopositioners, laser interferometric displacement sensors, closed-cycle cryostats with compressors, scanning probe and confocal microscopes, as well as measurement tools for material characterization at low temperatures and high magnetic fields. The offering is complemented by a platform for optical near-field microscopy that combines AFM resolution with imaging and spectroscopy in the visible, infrared and THz ranges. The systems are designed for operation from ambient conditions through ultrahigh vacuum as well as at low temperatures and high magnetic fields. Applications include synchrotrons and particle accelerators, semiconductor manufacturing, wafer and mask inspection, machine tools and precision engineering. In addition to standard products, attocube offers OEM integration of custom components, on-site installation and after-sales support.
