For the EMEA region, Audio-Technica Benelux (including Iemke Roos) in Amsterdam is responsible. Spare parts for headphones, turntables, cartridges as well as wired and wireless microphones are offered through the Service Parts Shop; there is also an outlet sale of certified refurbished products.
