About Audionet
Audionet, based in Berlin, develops and manufactures audiophile high-end audio equipment: integrated amplifiers, pre- and power amplifiers, CD players, network players, power supplies as well as accessories and software. The company emerged from a research project at Ruhr University Bochum and is now based in Berlin. According to the company, the devices are distinguished by a scientifically grounded development approach based on precision measurement values and a signal path free of detours; the development team members come, among other things, from automotive and medical measurement technology. The enclosures are manufactured, among other things, in solid aluminum construction with resonance-optimized materials such as aluminum and slate; the electronics feature, among other things, dual-mono configurations, Class A output stages and specially made mica capacitors. Products such as Stern and Heisenberg (design: Hartmut Esslinger) as well as MACH and SCHRÖDINGER were presented at High End in Munich and received positive reviews in trade magazines such as Stereo, Audio and The Absolute Sound. Consultation and sales are handled through the company's own studios in Berlin (Spandau), Hamburg and Kamen, through selected dealers and a webshop.
