About August Manser AG

August Manser AG is a Swiss family-owned company based in Altstätten SG, founded in 1972 and run as a joint-stock company in the second generation since 1980. The company offers holistic technical solutions ranging from product development and industrialization to CNC precision manufacturing and the assembly of mechanical and mechatronic assemblies and systems, including after-sales service. On over 7.000 m² of production space, CNC turned parts and CNC milled parts are manufactured as prototypes, one-offs and series – from common materials such as aluminium, steel, titanium and plastics as well as special materials such as Inconel, Invar, tungsten, tantalum, molybdenum and the glass ceramics Macor® and Photoveel N®. The machine fleet comprises more than 40 CNC machines, including 2- to 11-axis mill-turn centres with 24/7 automation as well as 3- and 5-axis machining centres. Customers come from mechanical engineering, medtech, the semiconductor, optics and environmental/energy industries as well as robotics. The quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
