Aulbach Entgratungstechnik is one of the world's leading manufacturers of deburring tools for casting deburring. The GmbH, headquartered in Elsenfeld, was founded in 2000 and designs, manufactures and assembles around 200 deburring tools, deburring systems and special machines per year on 2100 m². The tools and systems are used for deburring aluminium, zinc and magnesium die castings as well as steel castings and gravity die castings, and find application in industries such as automotive, renewable energies and household goods. In its own toolmaking shop, CNC production machines are used for milling, turning and EDM; for assembly and acceptance there are 15 assembly stations and five deburring presses up to size SP 22/200 available, in which tools can also be tested in automatic mode. In addition to new designs, the company offers project engineering, casting cell layout, maintenance, conversion of all brands, spare parts service, digitization of contour parts, product training and production support.

Since 2007 the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 (TÜV Rheinland). Toolmaking includes acceptance and test runs of the tools on five deburring presses up to size SP 22/200, also in automatic mode.
