About AUMAT
AUMAT Maschinenbau GmbH from Solingen has been developing and manufacturing machines for the cylinder lock industry since 1970, including fully automatic CNC-controlled key milling machines, lock core broaching machines, lock core filling machines, fully automatic lock assembly systems and systems for locking cylinder coding. In addition, the company builds special-purpose machines for individual automation solutions, for example for brush manufacturing and strip brush production. Since 2024, retrofit services have been increasingly in demand, i.e. the targeted mechanical, electrical and control engineering modernization of existing machines; moreover, the spare parts trade has become an established pillar. In development and manufacturing, AUMAT relies on rapid prototyping and 3D printing and also offers these processes as a customer service. Numerous patents attest to the continuous further development of the production processes used.
