About AureusDrive
AureusDrive AG is a Swiss E-bike manufacturer based in Lucerne. Founded in 2017 by Sergio Tresch and Gabriel Barroso, the company develops, designs, conceptualises, configures and assembles its own E-bike systems with a focus on commuters. The portfolio comprises the DailyDrive, Power45 and PowerDrive model ranges as Pedelecs (25 km/h) and S-Pedelecs (45 km/h) with aluminium frames, integrated lithium-ion battery (720 to 1'440 Wh, Samsung cells) and rear hub motors up to 1'000 W. Complete final assembly and quality assurance of every vehicle takes place at the Lucerne site; sales are handled through direct distribution and a network of over 40 to 50 workshop and sales partners throughout Switzerland. In addition to vehicle manufacturing, AureusDrive offers service, repairs, safety checks, maintenance training and accessories. Around 30 employees have sold more than 5'500 E-bikes since the company was founded.
