AUROB Manufacturing Solutions is a manufacturing partner based in Dortmund specializing in CNC machining with a focus on special machinery and automation. The company produces individual parts and small batches of 1–500 pieces on a project basis as well as series up to 5,000 pieces via CNC milling and turning. A core business is the express manufacturing route: a binding quote within 24 hours, with fully delivered, coated and inspected goods in 10–14 days, delivered free to the customer's door in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The value chain comprises material procurement from its own warehouse or via a supplier network, machining, and surface finishing through qualified partners – coordinated from a single source. A specialty is the machining of hard-to-machine stainless steel castings such as CF8M, Duplex/Super-Duplex and heat-resistant nickel-based castings for foundries as well as the pump and valve industry. Together with its sister company AUROB Engineering, design, DFM optimization and CAM programming are also offered; the CAD/CAM environment consists of SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion and VISI CAD. Quality assurance takes place in the company's own measuring room with coordinate measuring technology from Keyence and Mitutoyo, including initial sample inspection and full traceability.
