AUTEM is a Swiss company for industrial automation and digitalization founded in 2020, headquartered in Matran in the canton of Fribourg. The company modernizes existing machines and systems: it migrates outdated PLC systems (Siemens, Rockwell, Schneider, Wago, Eaton) onto modern platforms, renews industrial PCs with outdated operating systems and supervisory software, integrates SCADA systems such as Ignition (certified Gold Partner), WinCC and AVEVA, and implements IoT and network architectures with OPC-UA, MQTT and BACnet. Further services include electrical revamping with drives, SIL machine safety and circuit diagram documentation (EPlan), MES/OEE solutions as well as technical consulting on system architecture and obsolescence management. Projects are carried out from analysis through FAT testing to SAT commissioning on site with training and complete documentation. Customers come from airport logistics, battery production, wood processing, special machinery construction and the food industry, including Vanderlande, ADP, Verkor, COOP and BEMA.
