About AUTOMA-Burkhart GmbH
AUTOMA-Burkhart GmbH is a specialised contract manufacturer for CNC machining based in Gessertshausen-Wollishausen near Augsburg. Founded in 1990, the company produces CNC turned parts and milled parts for mechanical engineering and the supply industry – from individual parts and small batches to series production with bar feeders. Manufacturing includes CNC turning with driven tools, C/Y axes and sub-spindles as well as 3-, 4- and 5-axis simultaneous milling, complemented by drilling, sawing and assembly work. Materials machined include aluminium, brass, stainless steel (VA), steel and plastics. Surface treatments such as electroplating, anodising and powder coating as well as hardening are handled through long-standing regional cooperation partners. Quality assurance is carried out in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, among other things with a 3D coordinate measuring machine. The company with ten employees describes its size as ideal for responding flexibly to customer requirements and ensuring short lead times.
