About Automate
Automate was founded in 2013 as the engineering division of Itec and offers services in process, building and factory automation. The service portfolio includes engineering services from concept development, through the development of customer-specific solutions, to application deployment and commissioning in industrial plants, complemented by maintenance and servicing. Through its cloud services, Automate provides industrial remote access to any PLC, implements proactive remote monitoring based on PLC data as well as data integration into third-party applications via APIs, among other things using Ewon gateways and the Talk2M infrastructure. In the Energy Service area, the company works as an energy engineering consultancy for offshore wind, photovoltaics and battery storage, taking on roles such as Technical Due Diligence and Owner's Engineer. The Site Services cover electrical design, arc flash and electrical safety, PLC troubleshooting and maintenance contracts. 24-hour service and support availability is a trademark of the company; operating locations are an office in Beirut (Sin el Fil) and a workshop in Amchit (Hbaline), Lebanon.
