The Autopark Unternehmensgruppe consists of the legally independent but personnel-, materially- and contract-related cooperating companies Autopark am Erfurter Kreuz GmbH in Kornhochheim and Autopark Schweina GmbH. The main focus of activity is the maintenance, diagnostics and repair of commercial vehicles of all kinds as well as trailers and semi-trailers of the brands Schmitz, Kögel and Krone. The service portfolio includes the sale of new and used commercial vehicles (1–40 t) as well as trailers, semi-trailers, swap containers and swap platforms, financing, leasing and rental, commercial vehicle superstructures, accident repair, spare parts and accessories trading, and a 24-hour emergency service 365 days a year. Both locations have large workshops with regularly trained staff and modern diagnostic technology; two-shift operation is intended to reduce downtime. As inspection bases, TÜV and DEKRA inspections pursuant to § 29 StVZO, tachograph inspections pursuant to § 57b StVZO and emissions tests pursuant to § 47a StVZO are offered. The Schweina location specializes in the repair of ZF gearboxes of commercial vehicles from 7.5 t and in vehicle construction. Contract partnerships exist with DAF Trucks and FUSO (Mitsubishi Canter); since 2018 the group has been part of the brand-independent workshop network ALLTRUCKS.

Since 2010, both operations have subjected themselves to voluntary monitoring in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 for the organization and enforcement of high quality and effective control of company processes. As a TÜV and DEKRA inspection base, the workshops carry out statutory inspections pursuant to § 29 StVZO.
