Aux Delices Normands is a French bakery and confectionery founded in 1995 by Didier Canet and based in Berlin-Zehlendorf. Its range includes classic French baked goods such as croissants and brioches, several types of baguettes and breads including organic wholemeal breads with homemade sourdoughs, as well as savory dishes such as quiches and onion tart. Part of the production takes place in the company's own wood-fired bakery with direct firing on the listed courtyard in Stahnsdorf, where a French wood-fired oven has been in operation since 2005. In addition to several branches in Berlin, the company operates a bistro with an attached ice cream parlor on Ihnestraße, offering homemade ice cream. At the branch on Brandenburgische Straße, sales and production of tartes and cakes take place.
