About AvD-Glas
AvD-Glas is a one-person business (Eenmanszaak) run by Annemiek van Driel with a workshop in Amersfoort (Netherlands). The range of services includes the design and manufacture of leaded-light windows based on historical or free designs (among others Art Nouveau, Amsterdam School, '30s style), the installation of new and existing leaded-light panels into insulating glass, as well as on-site repair and restoration or re-leading in the company's own workshop. In addition, the company carries out stained-glass painting (glasmalerei), sandblasting, glass appliqué, glass fusing, the Tiffany technique with copper foil, mosaics of ceramic and glass, made-to-measure mirrors, and the supply and installation of single, insulating, safety, laminated and wired glass. Customers include private clients, construction companies, glazing firms, painting contractors, churches, architects and artists; projects have also been realized in Germany, for example in Bensheim, Neuwied, Koblenz and Rengsdorf.
