Main customer segment of the cryogenic deflashing systems; protruding edges are removed cryogenically, gently and precisely.
Plastic moulded parts
Cryogenic deflashing removes flash economically and with improved quality even on the smallest parts.
Non-ferrous metal parts
Non-ferrous metal parts can be deburred with the shot-blast and drum systems.
Cryogenic deflashing (liquid nitrogen)
Cryogenic deburring down to -150 °C for removing protruding edges on moulded parts.
Shot-blast deflashing
Batch-oriented deburring with a tumble blast wheel, e.g. at 8,000 rpm wheel speed.
Drum deburring
