AWA Haus- und Immobilienverwaltung GmbH is a property management company based in Munich's Maxvorstadt district, specializing in the management of medium and large condominium owners' associations (WEGs) as well as individual ownership units and rental properties. Founded in 2019 by Andreas Wahl, the company regards its services as asset management for the properties entrusted to it, developing individual concepts for value preservation and value enhancement from both technical and economic perspectives. With 16 employees, AWA currently manages more than 4,000 residential and commercial units in 74 properties in Munich and the surrounding area. Its service portfolio includes condominium administration, individual unit administration, rental management, property management, leasing and sales, complemented by 10-year investment planning, cost management, and tendering and construction supervision for refurbishment work. Technical property managers are each responsible for 3 to 12 properties; for complex refurbishment projects, the company draws on a pool of trades firms, architects, civil engineers and expert surveyors. Since 2023, AWA has been part of the Prokuras Group as part of a succession arrangement, and since 2026 it has been led by managing directors Naksije Ameti and Nina Hornung.
