About Axel Zangenberg
Axel Zangenberg GmbH & Co. KG, based in Schliengen (Baden-Württemberg), has focused exclusively since 1996 on the hydraulically complex challenge of precise flow measurement and control. The company designs quantity measurement systems for all types of wastewater, including full-pipe and part-full as well as overflow measurement, and guarantees high measurement accuracy with a maximum flow measurement error of under 2 %. Through hydraulic replication of the individual situation, the systems are adapted to existing measuring structures; under complex conditions, all hydraulically relevant parameters are clarified in advance as part of a site investigation. On the company's own test rig, the systems are calibrated by replicating the real situation and accepted with a test certificate. Since 2020, the company has been 100 % owned by HST Systemtechnik GmbH & Co. KG of Meschede and operates as the Technical Office HST-Zangenberg under the management of Dipl.-Ing. Martin Penka. The portfolio is complemented by machines and systems for solids separation, level regulation and tank cleaning, as well as IT and automation solutions for controlling, monitoring and logging technical processes. Customers include municipalities and the water and wastewater sector in Baden-Württemberg and Switzerland.
