About axiss
axiss Achsen- und Dosiersysteme GmbH, based in Keltern (Baden-Württemberg), develops and manufactures electrically driven dispensing machines, 1K and 2K dispensing valves, volumetric dispensers, container emptying systems and process monitoring components for bonding, sealing and potting. The systems are specially designed for dispensing from small containers and standard cartridge systems (50, 200, 400 ml, Euro cartridge 310 ml) and are controlled by the company's own DiSoft software. Hardware, electronics and software are developed entirely in-house, allowing customer-specific functions such as database connection, RFID or barcode detection to be implemented flexibly. In addition to equipment manufacturing, axiss offers preliminary trials in its own technical centre, contract dispensing services, commissioning, maintenance, training and programming. The dispensing technology is used across industries, especially in electronics manufacturing, the automotive supply industry, medical technology, the household appliance industry as well as aerospace.

Additional services
Quality
For process monitoring, integrable scales, camera systems, optical height sensors as well as temperature and humidity sensors are used; every dispensing process can be automatically documented in a database. The dispensing machines are CE-compliant, available with positioning accuracy of up to 0.02 mm (precision machines) and designed for 3-shift operation.
