About AXMANN

Axmann Anlagenbau GmbH is a German manufacturer of machinery and plant systems based in Wenden-Gerlingen, specialising in customised foundry technology since 1909. The company develops and manufactures complete foundry plants and individual machines: continuous mixers (single-arm, double-arm and twin-shaft mixers from 5 to 60+ t/h), mechanical and thermal sand reclamation plants, automatic moulding lines (horizontal and vertical flaskless), Core Pack technology lines with core shooting machines and robotic assembly, automatic pouring systems, shakeout stations, shot blasting plants as well as handling and automation systems including pneumatic conveying. Chemically bound moulding sand (no-bake) is produced with furan, phenolic resin and Alphaset binders, alongside cold-box and hot-box core sands as well as silica, chromite and zircon sand. Production takes place at the company's own plant in Wenden-Gerlingen; the service portfolio covers design with 3D layout and flow analysis, production, transport, installation, commissioning, after-sales service and spare parts supply through to turnkey foundries. More than 800 systems have been installed in over 32 countries, including in the United Kingdom, Germany and Kazakhstan.
