AXXERON Hydraulics GmbH Westfalen bundles the competences of Schneider Servohydraulics, HTG-Zylinderbau and control technology at its Porta Westfalica site. With more than 60 years of experience, the company develops and manufactures with around 60 employees hydraulic and pneumatic servo valves in single, two- and three-stage designs (flow rate 0.4 to 250 l/min, pressure up to 1000 bar), hydraulic and pneumatic special cylinders in single-unit and small-series production as well as hydraulic control blocks, power units and ready-to-connect hydraulic axes according to customer specification. Cylinder barrels and components are made of steel, piston rods of hard-chrome-plated 20MnV6 steel. In addition to series production, highly precision turned parts are offered as contract manufacturing, as well as services such as fault analysis, valve repair and characteristic curve measurement on in-house test benches. The company supplies customers worldwide, including in energy technology, aerospace, rail technology, the oil and gas industry as well as general mechanical and plant engineering, and is part of the AXXERON Technologies Group.
