About LaborSave
LaborSave by Ayal Robotics & Engineering Ltd. develops and manufactures fully automatic bag opening and emptying systems (debagging) for bulk material. The LaborSave machines slit and empty bags directly from the pallet, achieving an emptying rate of 99.99% at a throughput of up to 1,300 bags per hour; emptied bags are automatically compacted and pallets stacked. Materials processed include pellets, powders and granulates in bags made of laminated paper, plastic, jute or woven polypropylene, removable almost independent of bag size, bag weight and pallet format. Customers include manufacturers from the plastics, chemical and pharmaceutical industries as well as food, animal feed and logistics, among others Aage Vestergaard Larsen, ORBITA-FILM, Plastchim-T and Nordish Balker. Since the first machine in 1995 and the market launch of the LaborSave depalletizing robot in 1996, more than 1,800 systems have been installed in almost every country in the world. The systems are GMP-compliant, built to IP67 ingress protection rating, designed to CAT4 safety standards and backed by 24/7 support.
