Ayyıldız Prefabrik & Konteyner manufactures in İzmir (Turkey) prefab houses, residential and office containers, demountable containers, modular houses as well as steel houses, and delivers these as turnkey projects (anahtar teslim) including assembly on concrete foundations. Production includes factory-prefabricated walls, sandwich panels, roof structures built to customer drawings, plasterboard ceilings, doors and windows, as well as completion through painting work and electrical installation on the construction site. Materials are steel, sandwich panels, plasterboard and concrete for foundations. In addition to single- and two-storey prefab houses (steel construction up to 3 storeys), custom-made products such as individual villas, cabins (Standard, Metropol, mobile) and custom-dimensioned containers are manufactured. Customers include the construction industry, educational buildings, emergency shelters for disaster relief, office and administrative buildings as well as residential construction. Projects have been realized, among others, in İzmir, Manisa, Afyon, Aydın, Muğla and Balıkesir.
