About AZ Metallbau
AZ Metallbau GmbH was founded in 1994 as a family-owned company in Heldrungen (Thuringia) and today manufactures aluminium door frames as well as door and frame systems for the commercial sector in its own production facility with 1,500 sqm of production space. The product range includes wrap-around, flush-to-wall, block, renovation, passage and sliding door frames, commercial glass doors, tubular frame doors, special door elements such as the Touchguard plus finger-protection cylinder and barrier-free bifold swing door elements, InWin fixed glazing and glass partition wall systems. The materials processed are aluminium profiles as well as float glass, ESG, VSG and VSG (si); surfaces are available in RAL, anodized and special colors, also with real-wood decor and carbon looks via water transfer printing. In the field of fire protection, the company manufactures smoke and fire protection elements T30 and T30 RS with approvals under EN standards and VKF (Switzerland). Since November 2007, AZ Metallbau has been part of the Baustoff+Metall Vienna group; customers include office and public buildings, schools, daycare centers, clinics, and residential and industrial construction.
