AZO LIQUIDS GmbH was founded in 2008 as zoatec GmbH by engineers with decades of experience in liquid and semi-solid processes and, since its renaming, has been a member of the AZO Group. Based in Neuenburg am Rhein, the company develops and manufactures batch and continuous process plants featuring a proprietary, innovative homogeniser for the fully automated production of liquid to paste-like products. Its range of services includes vacuum process plants, turnkey complete plants and complete production lines for powder and liquid processing, including process control systems. The plants are used in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, food and chemical industries. Applications are tested and formulation and process optimisations carried out in the Customer Process Centre; an after-sales service with maintenance contracts supports the plants throughout their life cycle. The company employs around 50 staff.
