B & D Process Equipment B.V. develops and manufactures custom processing plants for sand and gravel, recycling materials such as construction rubble, contaminated soils (soil washing) and special solutions, e.g. wash water treatment in sugar factories or the extraction of rubber granulate from artificial turf. The product portfolio includes fractionation plants, the patented inline blending process, fine sand recovery, crushed sand processing and gravel processing with capacities of 110 to 800 t/h. The company offers basic and detail engineering, turn-key projects, installation and commissioning, maintenance, pump repairs, spare parts service and a test facility for trials. As exclusive distributor for Linatex products (WEIR Minerals) in the BENELUX region and for the sand and gravel industry in Germany, B&D operates a fully equipped rubber lining workshop in Rotterdam, where components are lined with Linatex natural rubber. The company was founded in 2001, belongs to the Schauenburg International Group and in 2023 acquired the Linatex and rubber division of Angst+Pfister. Locations are Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Mülheim an der Ruhr (Germany).
