The company produces precision deep holes with drilling diameters from 2.5 to 170 mm at workpiece lengths up to 3,500 mm (tools up to 5,600 mm) and drilling depths up to 2,800 mm from one side. The service portfolio includes cooling channel drilling, lubrication channel drilling, relief hole drilling as well as off-center and non-axis-parallel holes, executed with single-lip drills (ELB) and BTA drilling heads. Stainless steels, tempered, case-hardening and structural steels, brass, copper, aluminium, plastics such as polyamides as well as titanium and hard-to-machine materials are machined. Lot sizes range from 1 to 10,000 pieces, larger series on request. Customers come from mechanical engineering, aviation, medical technology, plant engineering, hydraulics and the automotive supply industry.
