About B.I.W. GmbH
B.I.W. GmbH was founded in April 2004 as the operating company of the Willstätt Industrial Park and specializes in the management of predominantly technology-driven properties. On a total area of 35 ha, 105,000 m² of rentable production, logistics and office space is available; the majority of the site is designated as an industrial zone (GI). The company operates the entire infrastructure at the Willstätt site as well as in the Ettenheim Industrial Park and supplies energies and media such as electricity, natural gas, steam, compressed air, refrigeration, nitrogen and various water qualities. The range of services also includes plant security, the plant fire brigade and fire protection, the operation of HVAC systems including cleanrooms, electrical, data and fire alarm technology as well as telecommunications. More than 25 partner companies from industry, logistics and the service sector are based at the site, including Flint Group, Hansgrohe, Leclanché and Schenker. The location in the Ortenaukreis between Karlsruhe, Freiburg and Strasbourg benefits from its position on the Rhine corridor with connections to the A5, the Rhine port of Kehl and long-distance rail services.

Safety and Quality
The entire site is fully fenced and guarded around the clock, 365 days a year, by the Security team. Hygiene inspections of the HVAC systems are carried out in accordance with VDI 6022, and electrical systems are tested in accordance with DGUV Regulation 3.
