About BAADER
BAADER is an internationally active machinery manufacturer headquartered in Lübeck that produces processing solutions for fish and poultry processing as well as machines for further processing with the Refiner series (Baadering). The portfolio includes machines for live bird handling, stunning and defeathering, gutting, chilling, distributing, filleting, skinning, grading and weighing – complemented by software and digital solutions such as BAADER One, BAADER Edge, Process Monitoring and Traceability. Since 1969, Baadering technology has separated soft from hard components and is used for meat, poultry, fish, fruit, vegetables and dairy products. In addition to BAADER, the group also includes Emydex (MES software), SEAC (machines for small fish) and TRIO (skinning and pin bone removal machines). With around 1,600 employees, more than 100 locations worldwide, a dense service network for maintenance and spare parts as well as training centers in Lübeck and Ålesund, the company delivers complete plants from a single source.
