About us

Bader Anlagenbau GmbH, headquartered in Friedberg near Augsburg, has been manufacturing plant components and steel structures from mild steel, stainless steel and special steels since 1921. The range of services includes screw conveyors, silo systems, cyclone separators, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, slinger feeders, big-bag loading stations, special machinery as well as contract manufacturing of pallet lifts and freight elevators. Production begins with 3D plasma cutting of plates up to 100 mm thickness on a working area of 2880 x 9000 mm, followed by cutting, bending, rolling, drilling, turning, milling and welding (MAG/TIG) as a certified welding specialist company. Customers include industries such as the food industry (cocoa, coffee, malting plants), pharmaceuticals, chemicals, recycling, power plant and sewage sludge incineration, bulk solids engineering and lift construction. In addition to production in Friedberg (2,100 sqm), the subsidiary Bader Samac d.o.o. in Bosnia-Herzegovina produces (4,800 sqm); further sites exist in Wadgassen and in the Philippines. Assembly is carried out worldwide by in-house personnel, including mechanical and electrical installation.
