About BAERMANN Magnettechnik GmbH

BAERMANN Magnettechnik GmbH, founded in 2016, is a subsidiary of MAX BAERMANN GmbH and part of the family-owned MAX BAERMANN Holding AG. At its site in the Lindlar-Klause Industrial Park near Cologne, the company has been manufacturing plastic-bonded permanent magnets using the injection molding process since the end of 2017. Plastics and rubber are processed with magnetic powder into compounds; the mixing processes and ratios are subject to continuous monitoring and optimization by the company's own materials management. On 2.000 m² of production space, exclusively new, high-quality production equipment is operated in 3-shift operation; annual capacity is several million magnets. The products are supplied worldwide to customers from the automotive industry, the automotive supply industry and the electrical industry. Customer-specific tools and fixtures are manufactured by the sister company MAX BAERMANN Tooltech GmbH. With 54 employees, the company benefits from the central product and process development, design and quality management of MAX BAERMANN GmbH.
