About Baldes Auspuffanlagen
Baldes Auspuffanlagen is a metalworking shop (sole proprietorship) in Illschwang in the Upper Palatinate. Owner Bernd Baldes has been building exhaust systems for over 35 years, first as an employee at Bosi in Suzzara/Italy, and then self-employed after passing his master craftsman examination. The product range includes header systems, full systems, Y-pipes and mufflers in stainless steel and titanium for motorcycles, including models from BMW and Moto Guzzi. In addition, the business offers tube frame design and manufacturing, valve clearance adjustments and dyno testing on its own test bench. Alongside series products in small series, custom-built systems are produced to customer specifications for streetfighter, racing and sidecar projects. The company's exhaust systems have been used in racing projects including Rallye Dakar victories, sidecar world championship titles and Supermoto championships.
