About BaltiCo

BaltiCo GmbH is a producer and engineering service provider for lightweight solutions made from fibre composite materials, based in Hohen Luckow (Mecklenburg-Vorpommern). The company develops and manufactures lattice structures and components made of carbon and glass fibre reinforced plastics, including lightweight girders and lattice structures for wind turbine blades, propellers, bridges, lattice masts and machine support parts. Further focal points are the design and manufacture of filament-wound structures such as shafts, rotor retaining rings and pressure vessels, as well as GFRP and CFRP shell-type components using processes such as wet lamination and vacuum infusion, with or without mould making. The range of services extends from methodical design and realistic simulation through prototype development to series production, including testing of statically, cyclically and dynamically loaded lattice structures as well as certification support. Carbon, glass and aramid fibres are used, along with epoxy resins with differentiated properties and bio-fibres such as flax. The components of the company's own Stablege technology are used in renewable energies, shipbuilding, mechanical engineering as well as architecture and civil engineering.
