BANDELIN Ultraschall Apparatebau GmbH is a Berlin family business in its third generation, specializing in the development, manufacture and distribution of ultrasonic devices, ultrasonic baths, accessories as well as application-specific cleaning and disinfection preparations. The entire production – from stainless steel sheet to the ready-to-operate device – takes place at a single site in Berlin, ensuring a high depth of manufacturing and flexibility even for small quantities. The company operates punching/laser cutting on a Trumpf TC 7000 series machine, CNC turning and milling as well as electronics and device assembly including printed circuit board assembly. In addition to series products, custom mounting of components with ultrasonic oscillation systems (from 50 mm diameter on flat metal surfaces) and OEM/OBL manufacturing under another brand are offered. The devices are used in laboratories, medicine, dental, pharmacy, industry, trades and service. Around 60 employees cover production planning, manufacturing, assembly, packaging, repair and maintenance.
