About Banovex
Banovex GmbH & Co. KG is a mid-sized family-owned company in Kempten (Allgäu) specialising in the processing of thermoplastics using extrusion processes. The company produces plastic films as roll material as well as plastic sheets for packaging of all kinds, supplying primarily the packaging industry and the thermoforming sector. The product range includes ABS, ABS/HH, ABS/PC, PS, PS ESD, PS/PE blends, PP as well as reinforced PP and HDPE – depending on requirements as virgin material or regranulate, single- or multi-layer, in standard and special colours and with additives such as flame-retardant or electrical conductivity protection. Films are manufactured with a maximum width of 1100 mm and thicknesses of 0.3 to 3 mm. In addition to extrusion, Banovex offers custom solutions by size and colour, the purchase of production waste, as well as additives and colour concentrates. With around 30 years of experience as an extruder, the processes operate according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO 9001:2015.

High impact strength, weather-resistant, also available as a high heat-resistant variant (ABS/HH) and ABS/PC.
Polystyrene
High impact strength, matte to high gloss, in virgin material and regranulate for packaging applications.
Electrically conductive polystyrene
Permanently antistatic and electrically conductive for demanding packaging.
PS/PE blend
Blend for increased product requirements.
Polypropylene
Also available reinforced with chalk, talc or glass fibre, flame-retardant and electrically conductive.
