About Bantle 3D

Bantle 3D manufactures prototypes, small series and fixture parts in plastic and metal in Fluorn-Winzeln. The range of services includes CNC machining (milling 3–5-axis, turning 3–4-axis with sub-spindle, cylindrical and surface grinding, honing, sawing) as well as 3D printing in the processes Multijet Fusion, SLS, SLM and FDM. With its in-house development B3D+, the company combines the design freedom of additive manufacturing with machining post-processing to achieve tight tolerances and high surface quality on weight-optimized components. In addition, CAD design including fixture construction, CAM programming, surface treatment, marking and assembly up to the finished assembly are offered; processes such as welded assemblies, sheet metal working or EDM are coordinated by Bantle 3D via partner companies. Founded in 2020, the company operates 300 sqm of production space and supplies, among others, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, medical technology, aerospace, automotive and photonics.
