Bark Magnesium GmbH is a third-generation family business based in Schörzingen near Schömberg (Baden-Württemberg). The company focuses exclusively on the manufacture of magnesium die-cast components for a wide variety of applications. The entire process chain is covered in-house: from material-appropriate design through precision moulds and tools, casting, surface finishing and machining, through to assembly. Lightweight construction and resource efficiency are central themes; the products, which are 100 % recyclable, are made from magnesium, a lightweight engineering material that enables weight savings. At the production site in Schörzingen, vacant areas are currently being equipped with photovoltaics for more environmentally friendly and cost-effective power generation. The company serves customers in German and English; the export terms and conditions are aimed at buyers outside Germany.
