About Barth Mechanik
BARTH Mechanik GmbH is a family-owned company founded in 1989 by Hermann Barth, based in Zimmern ob Rottweil, specialising in the automation of injection moulding machines. Its range of services includes insert and removal grippers, deposit and feeding systems, robot cells, complete production cells, vision inspection systems as well as NC machining of high-precision milled parts on modern 5-axis machining centres. Production cells are fully supported from design through manufacturing to assembly, wiring, PLC programming, CE documentation and commissioning at the customer's site. In special machine engineering and rapid prototyping, sample parts, prototypes and customised automation solutions are created. Customers include companies such as Bosch, Marquardt, Arburg, Siemens and Wilo from industries such as plastics processing, automotive, medical technology and electronics. The company is now run by the second generation, and in 2025 the third generation joined the business.
