Barthelme LED Solutions, based in Nuremberg, develops and manufactures LED linear luminaires, LED components and custom lighting solutions for industrial and architectural applications. The portfolio includes LED strips, aluminium LED profiles, rigid and flexible LED linear luminaires, spots and panels as well as controllers, power supplies and lamps. In its own luminaire manufactory, ready-to-install linear luminaires are manufactured entirely from the company's own luminaire components such as light sources, heat sinks, optics and housings. In addition to the standard range, project-specific solutions are created, from a single component to a complete system, tailored to installation space, light distribution and application requirements. Materials used include aluminium, stainless steel (including 1.4404 and V2A/1.4301) and steel; housings and profiles are anodized, powder-coated, painted or brushed, and luminaires can optionally be potted. Application areas include mechanical engineering, elevator and escalator construction, special-purpose vehicles, machine vision, automated guided vehicles (AGVs) as well as architectural lighting for hotels, public buildings, wellness areas and facades. Customers include, among others, Bosch-Rexroth, MK and item; a partnership exists with Fill.
