Barzen Schmierstoffe GmbH & Co. KG is a mineral oil wholesale business and full-range distributor of lubricants and fuels founded in 2006 in Wittlich. The company distributes engine oils, industrial lubricants, specialties and AdBlue® from around 30 brands with approximately 2,500 products to all parts of Germany, usually within 24 hours. The portfolio includes automotive lubricants for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery and gas engines, industrial lubricants such as hydraulic oils, gear oils, metalworking fluids, corrosion protection oils and lubricating greases, as well as winter chemicals, oil absorbents and lubrication technology accessories. Distribution is complemented by services: expert consulting and machine lubrication schedules, used oil analyses in an independent specialist laboratory, free waste oil and special waste disposal from 800 litres, on-site refuelling of construction sites, and heating oil and diesel delivery. The more than 7,000 customers come from automotive workshops, commercial vehicle fleets, the wood, metal and plastics industries, the food and construction industries, agriculture, municipalities and power generation (CHP/gas engines). Since 2012, the company has been based in the new building at Dr. Oetker-Straße 3 in Wittlich-Wengerohr; another site is located in Schwalbach.
