About Basel Precision Instruments

Basel Precision Instruments (BASPI) develops and manufactures ultra-low-noise precision electronics as well as microwave filters and thermalization solutions for applications in the quantum sciences and quantum technologies. The product range includes low-noise amplifiers, current-to-voltage converters, differential amplifiers, DAC systems with leakage monitoring, and microwave filters and thermalizers as single lines and multi-line boxes. At the manufacturing site in Basel, electronic and mechanical components and assemblies are assembled, wire-wound components are produced through winding, coating and potting, and intermediate and final inspections and quality controls are carried out. The products are used by leading research institutions and industrial R&D teams worldwide to advance quantum systems at extremely low temperatures. The company maintains a headquarters with production and sales at Mülhauserstrasse 113 in Basel, Switzerland.
