About the Basilius Coffee Roastery

Basilius GmbH & Co. KG operates a specialty coffee roastery in Parsberg in the Upper Palatinate, centrally located between Nuremberg and Regensburg on the A3. On site, high-quality specialty coffees are roasted as single origins (roast levels on a scale of 1 to 10) and then blended into mixes; the range includes espresso, filter coffee, decaffeinated coffees, lupin coffee as well as teas and accessories. The coffees are roasted as single origins and subsequently combined into blends. The company is an organic-certified food production operation under DE-ÖKO-037 and runs an online shop with DHL shipping that also delivers to numerous EU countries, Norway, Liechtenstein and Switzerland. The site includes, alongside the roastery, a café serving breakfast, a factory outlet and an event venue of more than 800 m² with its own bar, catering, coffee tastings and coffee seminars for events of up to about 100 people.
