About us
Bassauer Heizung Sanitär Klima is an SHK master company founded in 1990 by Wolfgang Bassauer, based in Gangelt-Brüxgen (Heinsberg district), today led by owner Daniel Gerads. The company plans and installs heating, plumbing, air conditioning and ventilation systems as well as heat pump and solar technology, mainly using products from its main supplier Viessmann. Its services cover new-build and renovation projects ranging from single-family homes to office and administrative buildings, schools, tax offices and assisted living facilities, including underfloor heating and concrete core activation, as well as maintenance, customer service and a 24-hour emergency service. The team consists of nine journeymen and three apprentices; the founder has been a member of the journeymen's examination board of the Heinsberg-Erkelenz-Geilenkirchen guild for many years. Reference customers include, among others, Janssen-Cilag, the municipality of Gangelt, the Heinsberg district and the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb Aachen.

Founded by Wolfgang Bassauer after master craftsman examinations in central heating, ventilation, gas and water installation; started with one journeyman.

First large commercial projects: office building Janssen-Cilag (Neuss), new Planbau building (Geilenkirchen), renovation of Lambert Schlun (Aachen).
- 2001
280 linear metres of drainage piping made of SML pipes for the Aachener und Münchner Versicherung.

Heating distribution Evangelical Church in the Rhineland, Düsseldorf; renovation of an 8-family house in Herzogenrath-Merkstein.

Concrete core activation over 17,000 sqm at the Aachen tax office centre (BLB Aachen).

New classroom wing at Berufskolleg Geilenkirchen with 5,900 sqm of underfloor heating for the Heinsberg district.
