About Batch Robotics
Batch Robotics GmbH is a deep-tech company founded in 2025 in Munich that develops vision-guided robotic cells for the automation of small series. The system combines 3D vision, physics simulation and process-specific AI, so that a new metal part can be processed without programming, teach-in or scanning – even at lot sizes of 1 to 100 pieces. The processes covered include welding, deburring, grinding, sanding, blasting, polishing, coating and painting; the first application offered is powder coating. With this, Batch Robotics addresses high-mix, low-volume manufacturing, in which around 70% of European production is still carried out manually. The founding team comprises seven people with around 50 years of robotics experience, including veterans of Magazino and Fraunhofer IPA. The company is headquartered at Freddie-Mercury-Straße 5 in Munich.
