Extrusion technology from a single source
battenfeld-cincinnati is a machine manufacturer specialized in plastics extrusion, headquartered in Bad Oeynhausen. The group of companies, with around 600 employees, develops, designs and manufactures complete extrusion lines for pipes, window and technical profiles, sheet and panel material, thermoforming films as well as granulation and pelletizing. The portfolio includes single-screw extruders (solEX, alpha, high-speed extruders up to 1,500 rpm), counter-rotating and co-rotating twin-screw extruders (conEX, twinEX), planetary roller extruders, pipe dies, roller units (Multi-Touch) as well as control and automation solutions. Materials processed include thermoplastics such as PVC, PVC-O, PE, PP, PS, PET, ABS, HIPS and WPC/NFC, especially also recyclates. Customer industries are agriculture, construction, chemicals and recycling, electrical industry, energy, food, packaging, water management and automotive. Production takes place at sites in Germany, Austria, China and the USA; since 2024 the group has belonged to Davis-Standard (USA).
