Bauer Maschinen und Technologie GmbH & Co. KG, the Maschinologen, has been a specialist in the manufacture of machines and systems since 1950. As an extended workbench of the mechanical engineering industry, we take on complete OEM manufacturing of individual machine models – from material procurement through machining (turning, milling, cylindrical and surface grinding) to mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical assembly including control cabinet construction. The range of services includes complex machine and assembly group assembly as well as plant and special machine construction in cooperation with external design offices. In addition, welding (MAG/TIG/MIG), sandblasting, in-house painting, powder coating and laser marking are available. Manufacturing also targets difficult-to-machine materials; 5-axis machining centers machine workpieces up to 1,000 kg simultaneously. Customers come from precision optics, gear-cutting and tool grinding machine construction, filling and semiconductor industries as well as cutting and winding technology through to rapid prototyping. Since 2016 the company has been certified to DIN EN ISO 9001.
