Four companies – one family
The Bauer Unternehmensgruppe is a family business based in Weilheim in the Upper Bavarian district, bringing four companies together under one roof: Motoren Bauer, BTS Turbo, the Maschinologen and the Bauer Campercenter. Motoren Bauer offers workshop services and spare parts for cars, buses and motorhomes as well as engines for industrial, marine and agricultural applications. BTS Turbo supplies new and reconditioned turbochargers from various manufacturers to workshops throughout Germany. The Maschinologen design, build and sell machines for industry – from the manufacture of assemblies to the production of complete machines. The Bauer Campercenter bundles all competencies relating to motorhomes: repairs, conversions, TÜV inspections and winter storage in Weilheim. The four companies share a common administration and HR department; apprentices get to know all four companies during their time at Bauer. The company offers its services to both commercial and private customers and has grown steadily since its founding.
