About us
Bauer Werkzeugbau GmbH & Co. KG in Willingen-Rattlar produces technical plastic parts using the injection moulding process and develops and builds the corresponding injection moulds in-house. The value chain ranges from CAD/CAM tool design to toolmaking (max. machining size 800 x 600 mm, max. 2.5 tonnes) to production in single- and two-component injection moulding. Thermoplastics are processed transparent or coloured to RAL; in addition, the company offers surface finishing of metal with plastic (in-mould decoration). Services include assembly, kitting, tool storage and the storage of produced parts. Since 1985, Fritz Göbel has been the owner of the company, which expanded to Rattlar in 1999 and in 2016 completed a warehouse with 1540 m² and around 1800 pallet spaces.
