Bauexperts Sachverständigengesellschaft mbH is an expert organisation for construction and real estate matters headquartered in Krefeld with more than 400 locations nationwide. The network comprises construction experts, architects, engineers, energy consultants and structural engineers who support private, commercial and institutional clients in the purchase, sale, valuation, planning, construction, renovation and modernisation of real estate. The range of services extends from market value appraisals and short-form reports to construction-accompanying quality control, construction acceptance inspections and construction contract reviews, as well as building damage and building defect reports, mould analyses, leak detection and structural inspections in accordance with VDI 6200. In addition, structural design, structural analysis reports, planning services according to HOAI, energy consulting and energy performance certificates are offered. Enquiries and orders are recorded and coordinated digitally; the technical work on site is carried out by qualified, in part DEKRA-certified experts. The locations in Rhineland-Palatinate are responsible for the region of Neustadt an der Weinstraße and Lambrecht. Quality standards are continuously further developed by expert committees and a partner advisory board.
