About BAUHA GmbH

BAUHA Baustahlhandels- und -armierungs GmbH is a reinforcing steel trader based in Schwarzenbek (Herzogtum Lauenburg district) with its own bending and installation operation. The company supplies construction sites in Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Lower Saxony with reinforcing steel, wire mats, support baskets, beams/structural steel and construction supplies. Processing includes cutting and bending of reinforcing steel, prefabrication of woven baskets for precast parts, cutting of beams and hollow sections to length, as well as blasting, priming and galvanizing. With a capacity of around 2,500 tonnes per month and its own vehicle fleet, BAUHA delivers directly to the construction site; its own installation crews can also take on installation on request, including on-site logistics and schedule coordination. Reference projects range from residential and office buildings to underground garages, bridge renovations and tunnel structures, including projects for Porsche (HH-Rahlstedt), Budni Hamburg, ZEVS + HGS Kiel and Inefa Itzehoe. Founded in 1977, the company employs over 20 staff and has been led by the Demiri family since 2015.
